Digital Marketing Sales - Appointment Setting - In Training to Audit and Close Accounts

At this juncture, we are predominately looking for people that can do the job. That is, prospecting, contacting, pitching, and possibly analyzing and closing accounts, but we have a robust methodology for improving outcomes in sales, wherever you are today.

The Role of DMS is to identify good businesses, contact the decision maker with regard to digital marketing, and set an appointment to review their current digital marketing strategies and results. At that point the DMS will sit in on the Audit/Review of the digital marketing while the sales manager reviews, pitches, and closes the business-- so long as they qualify as a customer according to our ideal customer profile.

With the closing of the sale, so does the DMS' responsibility for the account as it is handed over to our high-quality operations team to communicate and perform for the client; however a piece of the management fee does return to the sales rep in the form of residual income, which is in addition to commissions and bonuses from the sales.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and qualifying businesses for premier digital marketing services
  • Input data into CRM and follow up with clients
  • Follow our training protocol and engage in professional development to advance within the company
  • Consistent Improvement: clearly understand which digital marketing campaigns fit client needs, learn how to audit accounts, and improve your sales IQ

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Google/Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with SEO and SEM or inside sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred

PAY - OTE

DOE:

$60,000 - $96,000 (average)

  • $48,000 - $84,000 (1-3 years of experience)
  • $72,000 - $96,000 (3-5 years of experience)
  • $90,000 - $116,000 (4-6 years of experience)
  • $116,000 - $130,000 (5-7 years of experience)
  • No caps, commission, bonus, residuals, plus room for advancement
