Job Description

Our client, a confidential firm is seeking a Director of Case Manager to lead and optimize its high-volume intake operations across multiple legal verticals. This is a critical hire due to rapid growth, with flexibility on location and level for the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead intake operations for mass tort and personal injury cases across multiple campaigns
• Oversee intake data, case assignment, and quality control of client engagement
• Manage internal workflows, triage leads, and ensure rapid response timelines
• Analyze data trends and campaign performance using Excel and other tools
• Liaise with legal operations, vendor partners, and internal leadership
• Track project updates and ensure real-time visibility of KPIs
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement system improvements
• Eventually scale and manage a growing intake team

Qualifications

• Prior experience running intake at a mass tort or personal injury law firm
• Deep understanding of intake-specific variables across multiple legal verticals
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, etc.)
• Highly organized, proactive, and deadline-driven
• Able to operate with urgency and discipline in a results-oriented environment
• A self-starter with exceptional accountability and a "get it done" mindset
