DIRECTOR OF SALES, PROFESSIONAL STAFFING

Location: Schaumberg, IL

Salary: $90-$100K Salary + Commission

Our client is a professional staffing agency with an outstanding culture. They seek a Director of Sales for their professional sales team. This role will oversee a team as well as own their own book of business. Do you have experience within one of the professional staffing disciplines: Engineering, IT, Finance/Accounting or others? What you'll be doing:

• Execute and participate in the overall sales strategy for the assigned geographical area, including forecasting
• Provide direction, training, coaching and guidance to assigned sales team
• Work with regional leaders and the sales team as needed in order to expand the brand and market share
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer partnerships, including deep-selling services
• Responsible for selling and building a geographical territory

What you'll need:

• 5 -7 years of related Staffing or Solutions Sales experience
• Selling, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced business environment
• Highly self-motivated to exceed sales quotas by closing new business
• Valid Driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle required
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs
