We are is seeking a creative and organized Event Coordinator to plan and execute engaging events that showcase our brand and foster client relationships. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for bringing ideas to life and creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee events, including client meetings, workshops, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to determine event goals, themes, and budgets.
• Source venues, vendors, and supplies, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service.
• Coordinate event logistics, including catering, transportation, audiovisual setup, and guest accommodations.
• Manage event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Oversee onsite event execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly and addressing any issues.
• Collect and analyze feedback post-event to measure success and identify areas for

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
