A highly respected philanthropic foundation is seeking an Executive Assistant to the President & CEO for a temporary assignment (up to 6 months). This position will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the President’s Office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting senior executives with discretion and professionalism.
***This is a hybrid role based in Los Altos, CA, requiring 2 days onsite per week with flexibility as needed.
