Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and interviewing candidates interested in agency ownership and mentorship opportunities across Minnesota. This position plays a key role in building strong pipelines of entrepreneurial-minded professionals who are ready to grow into leadership and ownership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through networking, online platforms, career events, and referrals.
• Conduct phone screens, video interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Present the agency ownership and mentorship career path in a compelling, professional, and transparent manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates, guiding them through the selection process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand current needs, provide candidate insights, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Represent the organization’s brand and values in all recruiting activities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sales strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a wide variety of candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Knowledge of the Minnesota talent market is a plus.
