Job Description

LHH is seeking a Field Service Engineer for an excellent manufacturing company in Albuquerque, NM. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and assistance to our customers. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and exceptional customer service skills. This is an onsite direct hire role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of products at customer sites.
• Conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Perform complex repairs and calibration of company products
• Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and correct process variations on systems. Diagnose sources of hardware or process problems on equipment, facilities, or wafers.
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions and improve product reliability.
• Building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional customer service.
• Representing the company professionally at all times and upholding our reputation for excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience installing/repairing semiconductor/electronic production equipment.
• Advanced PC skills in MS Windows XP and Office
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The anticipated salary for this position is between $70,000 and $85,000 based on a written compensation plan.
