Industrial Painter – Broken Arrow, OK
Pay: $17 - $20/hr
Hours: 6 AM - 4:30 PM (Switching to night shift in the fall)
Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an  Industrial Painter , you’ll use your expertise to prepare equipment for painting and ensure a top-quality finish. Your tasks will include:

• Mixing and applying various paint systems to meet specifications.
• Operating sandblasting equipment and preparing surfaces for painting.
• Conducting Dry Film Thickness (DFT), Psychrometer, and Surface Temperature readings.
• Operating heavy equipment like forklifts and scissor lifts.
• Assisting other departments as needed to keep production running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2-5 years in industrial painting/blasting; at least 1 year of forklift experience.
• Skills: Proficient with heavy equipment (scissor lifts, cranes, forklifts).
• Physical Ability: Comfortable climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in confined spaces.
• Flexibility: Willing to work in outdoor conditions and adapt to varying environments.
• Safety First: Must wear PPE, including a full mask, and adhere to all safety guidelines.
