We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Licensing Assistant Licensing to join our client's team. In this role, you will support the licensing department by assisting with product approvals, managing licensing documentation, and facilitating communication between internal teams and licensors. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, an interest in product development, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Product Approval Management: Assist with managing product approvals, ensuring that all submissions are accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner.
• Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of product approvals, licensor agreements, and related documentation to ensure compliance and easy access.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (design, marketing, legal, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient communication regarding product development and approval processes.
• Licensor Communication: Serve as a point of contact for licensors, handling queries and submitting products for approval in accordance with their guidelines.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the licensing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing calendars.
• Project Support: Assist in various other projects and tasks as needed by the licensing department.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides).
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly (training may be provided on internal tools or licensor portals).
• Comfortable managing high volumes of work and maintaining a high standard of quality under tight deadlines.
• Positive and outgoing personality with the ability to navigate changing priorities and tasks.
