Are you ready to turn your marketing degree into real-world results? eCosmetics is looking for a sharp, energetic Marketing Assistant to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. You’ll work directly with the CMO and receive hands-on training, mentorship, and a front-row seat to high-level strategy and execution. This role is designed for growth — ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in marketing, influencer partnerships, eCommerce, or brand development.

🔧 What You'll Do:

• Star in and help produce short-form UGC
• Help QA website, email, and ad campaigns
• Enter and manage marketing data and reports
• Research, recruit, and manage creator/influencer partnerships
• Monitor coupon usage and campaign reporting
• Assist in building partnerships with brick-and-mortar stores
• Draft + edit blog and educational content
• Help with day-to-day marketing and admin tasks

🧠 What You’ll Bring:

• You just graduated (or are about to!) and want real marketing experience
• You’re ultra-detail-oriented and catch things others miss
• You know Excel/Google Sheets and can learn new tools fast
• You can write clearly and concisely
• You’re comfortable on camera, or open to learning
• Bonus: Exposure to influencer marketing, partnerships, or brand content
