Job Description

DURATION: 12 months contract

THE ROLE:

  • The Global OEM Marketing team is responsible for defining the strategy, priorities and marketing programs that support co-marketing efforts with OEM partners.
  • The team works with stakeholders internally and externally, aligning to business priorities and building co-marketing strategy, elevating awareness, consideration, and demand of Consumer PCs powered by client.
  • This role will be responsible for supporting Dell led marketing plans, sales enablement, pre-launch, launch and post launch readiness and key partner marketing deliverables with Dell.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the day to day engagement with Dell Alliance and Dell cross functional teams on marketing plans, operations and activations
  • Define, develop and maintain processes for reviewing marketing plans alongside OEM leads for Commercial and Consumer, tracking the plans in alignment to segment priorities, funding guidelines and compliance
  • Setup, negotiation and implementation of program operation processes in alignment with Dell’s Operation Process Work with internal teams across OEM Marketing, Legal, Finance, Marketing Ops, Sales to drive over-all marketing partner efficiency
  • Budget tracking and Management: Manage and track OEM budgets, ensuring funding guidelines stipulated under the contract and terms are executed accordingly; create, update and track OEM funding tracker supporting the client OEM leads
  • Put together all Dell led sales enablement and marketing assets for both Commercial and Consumer for internal Amd roll out and amplification
  • Timeline Management: Define, create and maintain project timelines ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule
  • Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management, addressing their concerns, and managing expectations
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address issues as they arise
  • Create strong links and relationships between across client cross functional teams

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Self-motivated and prepared to jump in and lead
  • Polished executive communication; ability to communicate optimally with all levels of the organization and dedication to meet customer satisfaction and AMD business objectives
  • A proven track record of keeping projects on schedule
  • Strong background in business planning, project management and marketing fundamentals (Budget and contract management experience)
  • A strong and in depth understanding of OEM marketing and sales structure and their ways of operations
  • Ability to meet challenging timelines

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
