Job Title: Tele Tech - Tele Monitor Technician

Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift Time: 2 - 12 hr shifts; 2 Day shifts 7:00 am to 7:30 pm - and 1 - 12 hour night 7:00 pm to 7:30 am.
GH: 36 hour s
Traveler Pay Package
Weekly gross: $1260.00 as per 36 hours.
OT Pay Rate: 1.5 times the taxable amount.

Sub Specialty(s): Telemetry Cardiac, Telemetry Med / Surg
MINIMUM EDUCATION
Successful completion of York Hospital Clinical and Professional Development Dysrhythmia Course and EKG exam prior to completion of orientation.
EXPERIENCE
Two years’ experience monitoring ECG/Dysrhythmia in a physician’s office, clinic, hospital, or similar setting required.
SPECIFIC SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND/OR COMPETENCIES
Knowledge of basic anatomy /physiology of the heart.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, clinicians, and the general public.
Ability to work under moderate pressure for extended periods of time.
Ability to accept responsibility for accuracy and response times to emergent and non-emergent requests.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
