The Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay is currently seeking a dedicated, flexible, and service orientated individual to be an Overnight Security Officer and Bell Attendant!  

This position will act as our Overnight Security Officer and Bell/Valet Attendant, who will be responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of the hotel guests and employees while also ensuring guests vehicles are parked and guests are escorted to and from the guest rooms efficiently along with all guest luggage. This person will follow safety and security standards and complete incident reports as required. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations, while ensuring the safety and security of our hotel guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule for overnight shifts, weekends and holidays
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Previous security experience preferred
• Must be able to drive automotive vehicles
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
• Must have a clean driving record with no violations or suspensions
