401(K) matching Parts Manager Responsibilities: * Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish * Communicate with customers on parts status * Maintain balanced inventory levels
  • Reduce obsolescence
  • Ensure parts availability for our service department and retail customers
  • Utilize Dealertrack for inventory control and reporting
Create a positive team environment with goals and expectations
  • Ensure excellent customer service to customers, wholesale accounts, technicians and service advisors
  • Ensure compliance with Ford standards
  • Track fill rates, inventory turn-over, and profitability
Parts Counter Person Requirements: * Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus * Proficiency with Dealertrack or similar DMS platform * Knowledge of automotive parts operations and inventory practices * Effective analytical and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
