Position Overview:

CRH Anesthesia (a Well Health Technologies company) is a fast-growing company providing anesthesia support to several locations in 20 states. We are looking for a methodical and dedicated individual to join our Operations team as Practice Manager . This position is hybrid working remote but some travel to area sites will be required. This position must be based out of the greater Raleigh, North Carolina area.

The Practice Manager will report to the Director of Operations and will play a key role managing the operational duties our clinics in several locations. This position will be responsible for scheduling, staffing and all-around support of the clinics’ performance and success. Ideal candidate will be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze problems as they arise and determine best practices for viable solutions and alternatives
• Ability to travel to assigned clinics within established territory
• Scheduling multiple providers, including FT, PRN & LOCUMS
• Generating reports
• Assist with Payroll and time cards
• Establishing and maintaining business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required with a course concentration in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in a healthcare related role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfortability working with diverse and multiple groups within the business
