About the Role
We’re looking for a competitive, curious, and go-getting BDR to join our founding go-to-market team. You’ll be responsible for outbound outreach, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating directly with the founders on what great outbound motion looks like.
This role is for someone who wants to hustle, work across teams, and grow fast inside a high-potential AI startup.

What You’ll Do
• Own top-of-funnel pipeline creation through outbound email, LinkedIn, and creative prospecting
• Collaborate with founders, marketing, and product to refine messaging and outreach strategies
• Research accounts and personalize outreach with context that resonates
• Track activity and learnings in HubSpot
• Provide feedback on what’s working and what’s not — help us improve
Requirements
• 1–2+ years of sales, BDR/SDR, or hustle-heavy experience (early-stage or agency background a plus)
• Clear written communication and comfort talking to execs
• Grit and self-motivation — you’ll be an owner, not an order-taker
• Interest in startups, AI, product tools, or SaaS is a plus
