What you’ll do at Insight

• Responsible for providing financial reporting, analysis and planning support to business partners and Executive leadership.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to department and Executive leadership on their forecasts, budgets and all financial aspects of their operational decisions
• Project planner for small Sales, Product Management, and Corporate size projects as assigned
• Build and maintain intermediate financial Sales, Product Management, and or Corporate models
• Create OPEX budgets (Expense, Headcount, CAPEX, etc.)
• Perform process improvements and provide recommendations
• Create internal reports and dashboards. You will be recognized internally as a subject matter expert
• Leads and contributes to development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways
• Gather, organize, and present complex financial data and information to several diverse stakeholders/audiences, including executive team and board members
• Performs various ad-hoc analysis for leaders and key decision makers

What you’ll need to join Insight

• Bachelor’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Accounting / Finance); Master’s in business administration or other Finance discipline preferred
• 7-10 years’ experience in high performing FP&A function, preferably fortune 500
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking including critical/problem solving
• Adopt a growth mindset with natural curiosity to learn and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Embrace the “yes and” mindset of willingness to help and be a part of the solution
• Owns responsibilities end-to-end with in an independent manner.
• Drives FP&A strategy analysis for Sr Executive Leadership
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with various organizational levels
• ​Advanced MS Excel and Intermediate SQL, SAP and PowerBI skills
