Specializing in volumetric steel modules and shipping container structures, our projects span across commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial sectors.

With 90% of our buildings completed in streamlined manufacturing facilities, we’re not just building structures, we’re setting the standard. We’re looking for a Senior Project Director to join our growing team at our Atlanta, GA headquarters.

What You'll Do:

• Lead & Collaborate : Manage key relationships with 3rd-party Structural and MEP engineers, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, BMarko, and 3rd-party engineers.
• Own Client Relations : Support our CEO in managing client relationships and, over time, take full ownership of those key interactions.
• Streamline Processes : Coordinate and refine shop drawings, collaborating closely with clients on changes and iterations.
• Drive Innovation : Participate in engineering discussions to find innovative ways of fabricating and producing new modular elements.
• Lead Projects : Seamlessly transition projects from the sales phase into preconstruction, ensuring everything is set up for success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Expertise : 5+ years of project management experience, and 7+ years of experience in the construction industry (modular experience is a big plus).
• Education : Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering).
• Master Multitasker : Proven ability to juggle multiple complex projects and a knack for managing teams.
• Learner's Mindset : We’re seeking someone with an exceptional capacity to learn and adapt.
