Sodexo’s Strategic Internship Program offers Healthcare Operations internships . They are a great opportunity to work on-site with our Food Service Operations team to gain on-the-job experience. From cooking the food to understanding the ordering or administrative functions that run a food program, you will see it all!

Join us for a 10 to 12-week Summer 2025 internship at St. Lukes Meridian Medical Center in Meridian, Idaho.

What You'll Do

The successful candidate will work within:

• Environmental Services Management
• Food Services
• Business Administration/Management
• Patient Satisfaction
• Learn how to drive client and patient satisfaction scores
• Support a diverse and inclusive workforce

What You Bring

• an interest in training and managing a team and who wants to be a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service delivery;
• customer service skills and/or guest satisfaction in retail, healthcare or hospitality;
• strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive program;
• the ability to monitor compliance and reach project target dates of completion;
• a willingness to effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines;
• a results and safety driven mindset;
• proficient with computers and other technology;
• a wiliness to be coached

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Current college student with studies in hospitality/food management, facilities management, engineering, communications, human resources, accounting, marketing or another industry related college program.
