Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating infusion and nursing services for the pharmacy
  • Handle incoming referral calls and completing referral forms
  • Complete patient admit packets for all new patients and forward to the dispatcher
  • Provide pharmacy with orders
  • Communicate with and document all communications and authorizations with case managers, nurse agencies, patient/caregiver, physicians, insurance, and pharmacists into CPR+.

Open to remote candidates who meet all of the the below qualifications.

Qualifications required:

  • Must have at least one year of Specialty Pharmacy/Intake experience
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluency in a second language is a plus
  • Must have High School diploma or higher
  • Must be able to travel for initial training (company-paid)
