Superintendent (Electrical Construction)

A leading national electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the delivery of large-scale, high-profile electrical projects . The Role

You’ll take ownership of on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget , while leading and inspiring a team of 15+ electricians. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities .

What You’ll Do

• Drive safety and compliance across all field activities
• Lead project execution including labor, materials, subcontractors, and logistics
• Track budgets, forecasts, productivity, and quality metrics
• Oversee and mentor field personnel, ensuring professional growth and high performance
• Partner with internal support teams (prefabrication, purchasing, finance) to maximize efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Journeyman or equivalent trade certification (asset)
• Strong track record of delivering projects on time and to the highest safety standards
• Leadership ability to guide and motivate crews in dynamic environments
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Knowledge of building codes and construction best practices
