You’ll be crafting customer-centered experiences for millions of users across digital platforms—from mobile apps to web and in-house tools supporting franchise success. 💡 What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading design strategy and execution across digital products
Creating simple, impactful, and accessible experiences for customers and internal users
Collaborating with Product, Tech, and Research teams to drive innovation
Supporting platforms like e-commerce sites, native mobile apps, and internal tools
Driving value and outcomes through strong visual and UX thinking
Championing data-driven decisions and user research
🛠️ What You Bring:
5+ years of UX or related design experience
A portfolio that shows off your design chops, storytelling, and user thinking
Expertise in agile environments and cross-functional collaboration
Experience across desktop, web, mobile, and native app experiences
A deep understanding of design systems and when to evolve them
Excellent communication—whether you’re speaking with devs or stakeholders
