Position: Equipment Sales Operations Coordinator

Location: Land O’ Lakes, FL (On-site)

🔧 About the Role

We’re looking for an Equipment Sales Operations Coordinator to streamline the process of equipment sales from build to delivery. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Parts, and Service departments to ensure that each unit is delivered as promised—with the right configuration, components, and paperwork in place.

This is not a sales role , but rather an operational and logistics-based position that ensures efficiency and customer satisfaction behind the scenes.

🛠️ What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Coordinating with internal departments to manage and track new equipment builds
  • Ensuring parts, attachments, and unit configurations match the final sale
  • Managing dealer-to-dealer transfers in systems like KubotaLink and Traffic/TMS
  • Verifying accurate billing, pricing, and part inclusion in work orders
  • Ordering missing attachments or units and initiating internal transfers
  • Supporting delivery schedules and outbound logistics
  • Keeping the sales team informed throughout the build/delivery process

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in dealership coordination, inventory operations, or equipment logistics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Familiarity with KubotaLink, Traffic/TMS , or other dealership systems preferred
  • Understanding of equipment builds, attachments, or schematics is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
