  • Collaborate with corporate FP&A on quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and executive reporting
  • Track key financial metrics and prepare monthly financial dashboards with executive-ready commentary
  • Support the development of business cases for new initiatives, capital investments, and growth strategies
  • Assist in identifying risks and opportunities and proactively address potential gaps in performance
  • Contribute to the refinement of financial processes and reporting, incorporating tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Alteryx
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to support cross-functional projects, acquisition evaluations, or operational reviews
  • Ensure alignment with accounting and reporting standards in partnership with the finance and accounting teams

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, MBA, or Master’s degree is a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles
  • Strong command of Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with JD Edwards, Power BI, or Alteryx is a plus
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and compelling presentations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to work across functions and with senior leaders
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A curious mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and learning

Why Join Us?

  • Impactful role supporting operational leaders in a thriving $20B+ industry
  • Work for a respected, publicly traded company with over 800 branches and 20,000+ team members globally
  • Hybrid work model based at our Atlanta headquarters, typically in-office Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, ESPP, tuition reimbursement, and more
  • Exposure to a wide range of strategic and financial projects with strong growth potential
